An elegant and comfortable accommodation, strategically located at 2, Via Lapicidi Marini, very close to the “Prima Torre” (Guaita), or the “First Tower” and the Seconda Torre (Cesta), the “Second Tower”. The Old Town Bed & Breakfast has two elegant, comfortable and spacious bedrooms, one of them also has a balcony.
Recently renovated, the rooms and common parts are gracefully furnished and feature elegant and appealing design.The kitchen area also features a terrace with a sofa, armchairs and an umbrella, available for the guests to enjoy.

Our Rooms
Enjoy our two large and bright rooms and one bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and double sink. The B&B has an extra room with a French bed (for singles or minors children traveling with their parents). During the stay the bathroom will be for the exclusive use of guests without the presence of other customers.
We serve a rich sweet and savoury breakfast, included in the room rate.
Our guests will also find a toiletry kit with shampoo, shower gel, soap and slippers. A hair-dryer is also available. We provide all you need for a comfortable stay. Bed linen and towels are changed every three nights.

The Historical Centre
The historic centre is in the upper part of the city, at 750 m above sea level, and that’s exactly where the Old Town B&B is located.
From the B&B it is possible to easily reach the two towers (Guaita and Cesta) which are connected by the fascinating “Passo delle Streghe” with a stunning view towards the Romagna Riviera on one side and Montefeltro on the other.
From our bed and breakfast, you can also enjoy San Marino’s maze of streets, squares and historic buildings.

Funicular railway and Panoramic Terrace
The funicular railway connects Piazzale Campo della Fiera di Borgo Maggiore with the upper city and the historic centre of the City of San Marino. From here you can admire a stunning view over the Adriatic coast and the Montefeltro hills.

The Towers of San Marino
The majestic Tre Torri (Three Towers), the iconic landmark of San Marino, were erected on the rocky spur of Mount Titano.
The first one is the Torre Guaita (150 meters from the B&B): it dates back to the 11th century and is the oldest tower in Italy.
The second one is the Cesta Tower (400 meters from the B&B), which dates back to 1400 and stands on the highest peak of the mountain, 755 meters above sea level. It houses the Museo delle Armi Antiche (Museum of Ancient Arms), an armoury that houses over 700 weapons from various ages.
The third tower is called the Montale Tower (700 meters from the B&B): it is the smallest of the three, has a pentagonal plan and a single opening from the top that gives access to a deep prison called the “bottom of the tower”.

If for any reason you decide not to take advantage of a paid reservation, the following policy will apply:
Cancellations 15 days before check-in:
50% of the amount paid will be retained.
Cancellations less than 7 days in advance:
the amount paid will be non-refundable at any circumstances.
Cancellations during your stay:
should you decide after your arrival to reduce the number of nights of your stay, the night you had booked that remain unused are not refundable, since the room was booked and is no longer available.
